Introduction

OneBox cloud Middleware, Hotel Property Management System Interface (PMSI), supports multi-hotel’s PMS online specially designed for intelligent hotel solution. It connects all users within a hotel in diverse scenarios to Front Desk System (PMS), Communication System (PABX), Voice System/Service Center System (OMS) and Food & Beverage System (F&B). It also monitors and manages all the users more effectively by running individually and parallelly within the whole system. PMSI supports the mutual communication between the Front Deck System (PMS) and the Communication System (PABX) which integrating into a complete automatic online application include charging/billing, room extension on/off, minibar consuming and room status monitoring. The PMSI modular engage the agreement with monopoly systems in PMS, PABX, OMS and F&B operate under a highly securer protection equipped with alert warning in both sound and graphic media.

Billing
  • Support use different authorization code with one extension, all call cost post to assigned extension.
  • Support all tariff standard of different operator to set up different type of call accounting (local call/IDD/DDD/800 free call/call transfer/internet).
  • Room attendant can post minibar and room status to PMS.
  • User can select category when posting telephone charge to PMS.
  • User can set up different level of vip, different period, different rates, different service charge etc., according to call rate.
  • User can search and print reports according to caller, called number, time frame, telephone charge etc.,
  • User can check internal call log and call charge.
  • Telephone charge data can be saved indefinitely.

  • Access from any phone by dialing access code, posting itemized minibar charge.

Room Status Update

  • Update RS through any phone.
