a) Voice data is transmitted peer-to-peer to the other party during a call; no voice data is stored on any server.
b) Photos taken via the camera are used for work records (work orders, room cleaning, lost-and-found, guest feedback, luggage storage, etc.). Photos are encrypted in transit and stored on the Company’s servers, accessible only to authorized personnel.
c) Device MAC address and installed app list data are used solely for push notification services; they are not used for other commercial purposes and are not shared with untrusted third parties.
