This is a typical old hotel renovation case. The Huawei SoftCo switch used by Huawei Ample Hotel has reached the end of its service life. The key challenge was to maximize the return on the hotel’s initial investment by reusing existing equipment. ➢ The hotel originally used a Huawei SoftCo switch, which was end-of-life. In line with the hotel’s equipment reuse principle, we retained the existing Huawei IAD equipment and distribution frame, and integrated them with OneBox. ➢ Maximized the return on the hotel’s initial investment. ➢ Short construction period: the renovation was completed in only 7 actual working days. ➢ Easy to use for hotel departments; cutover and commissioning were completed on the same day with seamless system switchover. ➢ Integrated with the OMS work order system to digitalize processes including engineering maintenance, housekeeping service, and room assignment management.
