It has helped the hotel reduce investment and operating costs by about 1 million RMB, while saving labor, improving efficiency, and supporting green and low-carbon development. ➢ OMS is a cloud-based multi-task hotel application system that centrally manages daily operations and guest services across all hotel departments. It supports efficient handling of guest requests via computers and mobile clients, improves employee performance and productivity, thereby enhancing guest satisfaction and repeat visits, and helps the hotel upgrade service quality and overall management capabilities.
